Hours and hours went by, and you were still lying there, in the hospital giving birth to the child, of fucking Eridan. Though it wasn't the child's fault, it was your own, fucking, foolishness which lead to this shit!
You was trying to be brave, but consciousness slipped from you time to time, due to the pain.
Your boyfriend, Karkat, was sitting next to you, squeezing you hand while trying to encourage you you keep going, and so you did.
Soon, you were lying totally DONE, in the bed, seeing your new child being held by non other than KarKitten... He seemed scared of dropping her, but meanwhile had a genuine  smile on his face, and his pointer finger was held by it's tiny fingers. "It's a healthy little baby girl, congratulations to both of you~ Have you given thought to the name yet?" Your eyes widened with memories of your weird dream you had months ago... "Yes, she'll be called... Ashley~" You smiled at Karkat, still smiling down at the girl, now named Ashley. "[Name]?"
"Hmm?"
"Let's get married..."
You slightly jumped, but due to your exhaustion, you just smiled, not wanting to jump up right now.
"Yeah, let's get married Karkat~"
Karkat looked at you, before ever so carefully placing Ashley in your arms, helping you to sit up. "Hey there baby girl... It-It's mommy~" You felt a tear roll down your cheek. "Why are you crying [Name]?"
"Who's her daddy gonna be?"
Karkat was silent for a moment before moving over to the other side of your bed, and leaning into view for the little pink monkey... "Ashley~ Mommy and Daddy will never leave you, you understand that?"
You looked at him, this time you were overwhelmed by his out-of-character actions, and more tears stained your face. "Oh Karkat, you doofus~" You said, kissing him on the cheek, yet again, smiling truly down at your new little girly.

You arrived home, having Ashley in your arms and pretty tired. Luckily you didn't have to worry about the furniture, since you and Karkles had went shopping baby things for both genders... You had both decided to share your bedroom since it was bigger, and give the other to the newcomer.
"Welcome home, dearie~ This is where you're gonna spent your childhood, and have you memories." You put down one of the grocery bags, and went into you and Karkat's shared bedroom, placing her gently into the crib. Karkat put his arms around your (now completely flat for some reason) waist, placing his head beside yours. "This is going to be a complete fucking mess isn't it?"
"The swearing in front of Ashley is now forgiven, because you're fucking right about that..."
